I have lost my ID card, what should I do

If you lose your ID card (an electronic library card), you should follow the algorithm below: 

1. Go to the Security room in Building 1 (turn right just after the entrance) and fill in the application form requesting a new ID card.
     Operating hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 11am and 2pm - 4pm. 

2. Take your application and go to room 117 in Building 7 to get a new ID card.

Note: It may take up to 3 working days to get new ID cards working in the library and at the entrance.
