How to get the status of "User with disabilities" with special conditions of service in the library

Users receive the status of a “User with disabilities” in the Reception (room 117) on the basis of orders provided by the Department of Education Quality and Monitoring, upon presentation of an identity document, either personally or through their representative by power of attorney issued by the reader and approved by the dean of the faculty / Deputy Director of the Medical College.
