If you lost or damaged books

Dear readers!

Concerning the epidimiology situation in Russia you have to make LOST or DAMAGED book up remotely.

1. If you LOST or DAMAGED a book, send e-mail to lib20bgmu@bk.ru with the information

• Your full name (in the Russian language, use your visa data)
• ID Library card number
• Author and title of the book

2. Purchase one of the books from the list that you will get at response e-mail.

You have to purchase a book at https://www.ozon.ru/ 

3. While purchasing a book fill the following information:

• Index: 450008
• Address: г.Уфа, ул. Пушкина, 96/98, к.132.
• Name: Парамонова Г.Г.
• Tel.number: +7-919-618- 29-96

4. E-mail the scan of paycheck after purchasing a book to lib20bgmu@bk.ru

5. You will get the notification e-mail, that your debt is cancelled.
