Electronic Reading Room of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library

On December 25, 2016 Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education Bashkir State Medical University
and Federal State Budgetary Institution "Presidential Library named after B.N. Yeltsin ”signed a cooperation agreement to create
an electronic reading room at the university with access to the resources of the Presidential Library. As the result of this work was
the opening of the Electronic Reading Room of the Presidential Library. B.N. Yeltsin on the basis of the library of  BSMU.

In the Electronic Reading Room, visitors are given the opportunity to gain access to unique information resources related to the theory,
history and practice of Russian statehood and the Russian language, including 62,730 materials on the history of medicine.

The electronic library fund of the Presidential Library consists of

• more than 450 thousand electronic copies of museum and archival documents;
• rare book editions;
• documentary newsreels;
• old manuscripts and maps;
• historical and current official documents;
• photographs and films;
• newspapers and magazines;
• theses and monographs.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday from 9-00 to 19-00; Saturday from 9-00 to 17-00;
Sunday is a day off.
