Federal Electronic Medical Library

The Federal Electronic Medical Library is part of the unified state information system in the field of health care as a reference system.
The Federal Electronic Medical Library is being created on the basis of the funds of the Central Scientific Medical Library (CSMB) of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov.
The placement of documents in the FEML is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on copyright and related rights.
Today the FEML has published 23558 documents in open access.

The purpose of creating the information system "Единое окно" is to provide free access to the integral catalog of educational Internet resources and to the electronic library of educational materials for general and professional education. "Единое окно" unites electronic resources of free access for all levels of education in Russia into a single information space.

CyberLeninka

CyberLeninka is a scientific electronic library built on the Open Science paradigm, the main goals of which are the popularization of science and scientific activity, public control of the quality of scientific publications, the development of interdisciplinary research, the modern institute of scientific review and increasing the citation rate of Russian science. CyberLeninka supports the spread of knowledge using the Open Access model, providing free online access to scientific publications in electronic form. The library is enriched with scientific articles published in journals of Russia and neighboring countries, including scientific journals included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation of leading scientific publishing houses for publishing the results of dissertation research.

Scientific texts presented in the library are placed on the Internet free of charge, in the public domain and can be found using both popular search engines and through a full-text scientific search system with support for Russian morphology on the library website. Library users have the option to read scientific works from a tablet, a mobile phone and from other modern mobile devices.

ScienceDirectOpen

ScienceDirect Open Journals is a resource that provides access to open access journals on the Elsevier ScienceDirect publishing platform. The collection includes about 2,500 scientific journals in four areas of knowledge: physical sciences and engineering, life sciences, health sciences, social sciences and humanities.

Directory of Open Access Repositories

Directory of Open Access Repositories (DOAR) - an index of open access repositories in all countries created by the Universities of Nottingham and Lund. DOAR today includes 1,072 repositories for six main types of materials: abstracts and dissertations; unpublished reports and working materials; conference materials and working papers; scientific articles (advance copies and preprints); books (chapters and sections); science articles.

Free Medical Journals

Full-text database of journals and archives in medicine, pharmaceuticals, chemistry and biology, with citation indices (ISI citation index, as well as a special citation index for medical journals). Contains 1350 links to full-text medical journals available on the Internet.
